Contact & response FAQs

What to expect when you get in touch with NCPES.

We normally acknowledge enquiries within a few working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 5–7 working days. Complex accreditation or standards queries may take longer, and we will let you know if this is the case.

Your enquiry is shared only with the NCPES staff and committee members who need the information in order to respond. We handle personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Yes. Students and graduates can contact NCPES with queries about program quality or standards. We may direct you to local university processes where this is more appropriate.

Concerns about accredited or member institutions should normally be raised locally first. Where an issue relates to NCPES processes or potential non-compliance with standards, please indicate this clearly in your message so that it can be routed to the appropriate complaints or appeals process.
